Youth Soccer Coaches Needed. Youth Soccer Coaches Needed
It’s time to “pay it forward” and give back to the youth in your community. We are seeking volunteer youth soccer coaches to coach and mentor one of the following teams: Girls Under 10 Tigers, Boys Under 8 Orange Crush and Boys Under 12 Blackhawks. The season ends on 10/30. Coaches must be present at all Saturday games and hold practice at least once per week. For additional information, contact Jaime Jimenez 768-3263.
Music Together. Free Music Together Demonstration Classes
Free Music Together demonstration classes will be offered at the Callaghan Park Cultural Center on Friday, September 3 at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Successful Snacking. Successful Snacking Program Beginning Thursday, September 2, the G.H.W.R. Youth Center will offer its Successful Snacking program each Thursday at 5 p.m. Each session only costs $2. Learn how to make delicious, healthy snacks!

Due to budget cuts, we will now produce our recreation guide twice per year. Our next guide will cover the 2011 winter and spring and will be mailed in mid November. Activities for this fall will be listed on this website.
