The Neighborhood Services Division reinforces the City's commitment to building strong neighborhoods through programs designed to increase communication between residents and city government, enhance community pride, encourage civic awareness and participation, and provide more effective coordination among City departments to address neighborhood needs.
Realizing that quality of life concerns can be most effectively resolved at the neighborhood level, the City of Watsonville is committed to providing neighborhoods and individuals with the tools to develop their capacity to address their own concerns.
