"Los Cursos De La Vida" Mural On Friday, June 28, the Neighborhood Services Division (Parks and Community Services Department) held a neighborhood celebration to honor the completion of the mural at River Park at 100 East Front St. This mural was made possible by one of our Neighborhood Pride Grants. It's known that murals instill a great sense of pride in a community and highly discourage graffiti. Under the direction of the muralist, Yermo Aranda, neighbors participated in the concept, design and production of the mural from start to finish. Over thirty-eight children ranging from 2 to 18 years of age painted the mural and received a certificate for their participation.
